The vShops Food Hall — the world’s first totally vegan food hall, has just added an eighth concept to its smorgasbord of options.

Tank Burger Bar is the latest plant-based spot to open in the foodie friendly eatery in paradisiacal Coconut Grove, Miami, Florida.

“Choices Cafe had a few burgers on their menu, and we’ve found that most meat eaters who come in order a burger. And if they like the burger, well then it becomes the perfect instance to open their mind to a plant-based diet,” says vShops president Lori Zito.

“So we decided to add a vendor that could focus solely on making spectacular burgers, so we could seize the opportunity to win over the meat eaters; and of course to make our vegan guests happy too.”

Specialty burgers on the menu include mouthwatering selections like the Beyond Mac (a Beyond Meat patty with baked mac, sautΓ©ed onions, plantains, tempeh bac’un, and ranch sauce on a pretzel bun for $16), the BBQ (an Impossible patty with bbq sauce, pickles, raw onions, lettuce, and ranch sauce on a pretzel bun for $14.50) and the Double Karma (a lentil patty, grain patty, tempeh bacon, guacamole, lettuce, tomato, and ranch sauce on a pretzel bun for $13) — among others.

Plus, guests can create their own burgers!

“Guests can build their own ‘custom tank’ by choosing from four different patties, many toppings and sauces, and they can even choose to have it on a pretzel bun or wrapped up into the perfect little burger package in a gluten free tortilla,” adds Zito. “Oh, and it’s also special because it’s named after a beloved, sweet maine coon cat who lost a valiant battle with cancer.”

The different patty options include a homemade lentil patty, a Beyond Meat patty, a Field Roast grain patty, and an Impossible Foods patty — so you can mix and match to your burger-loving heart’s delight. They also often run a special of a homemade bbq jackfruit burger.

So what’s her favorite item to order? “The Beyond Mac Burger. It’s a meal in itself, and then some. And try to squeeze in some seasoned fries too!”

The other seven concepts on site at vShops include Choices Cafe, the original location (famous for wraps, salads, and pancakes and more); Neo’s Blender; Morning Glory Organic Coffee; My Brother’s Bakery; Southern Sol Garden BBQ; Next Generation Pizza, and Ice Dream Parlor.

Speaking from experience, vShops is the ultimate destination for a vegan food tour. There’s something for every culinary preference — from blueberry ricotta pizza to homemade mac and cheese to a rainbow banana split. And now, burgers galore!

Bring the omnivores; they’ll eat their hearts out.

It’s a damn good time to be alive, isn’t it though? 🀀
