Forks Over Knives Seeking Input for Plant-Based Parenting Book

Through a documentary, cookbooks, a smartphone app, live events, a thriving online community and more, Forks Over Knives has changed countless lives and introduced millions of people to the wonders of a plant-based diet.

Now, the veg-friendly organization is embarking on a new mission: a plant-based parenting book.

As part of the effort, the crew is seeking feedback from parents who’ve opted into a vegan lifestyle. If you’re raising some or all of your kiddos on meatless eats, they’d like you to fill out an online survey.

The questionnaire asks about things like the transition to a plant-strong lifestyle, who in your household is on board, what foods you like to eat, etc. They even ask about favorite family recipes—and what you’d like to see covered in the book. Plant-based parenting isn’t always easy, so they’re gathering up all the info they can to share with the world.

Considering there are still so many misconceptions about vegan eating (and raising vegan babies/children in particular), a plant-based parenting book is an amazing idea. So moms and dad, help the FOK folks out with a few minutes of your time! You can fill out the survey here.
