In amazing news for ice cream lovers everywhere, So Delicious Dairy Free’s cashew milk ice cream is now available at nearly 2,600 Walmart stores nationwide.

The cashew-based dessert line launched earlier this year to seriously rave reviews (GoDairyFree.org called it “the holy grail of dairy-free ice cream,” and lots of eaters agree). Its addition to Walmart store shelves will introduce the creamy frozen treat to new audiences — and make it much easier to find for die-hard fans.

According to a So Delicious rep, the cashew milk varieties are also in Whole Foods Markets, all Kroger banners, Safeway, and a lot of other stores. Latest Vegan News spotted them at a Walmart in Asheville, North Carolina, for $4.47 apiece. (The company offers a store locator on its website, so you can double check where the vegan cashew milk creations are available in your area.)

“For nearly 30 years, we have been making delicious frozen desserts for many families who can’t have dairy due to food allergies, intolerances, health drivers or ethical reasons,” Meghan Disch, brand manager for So Delicious Dairy Free, tells Latest Vegan News. “We’ve had outstanding feedback from retailers and fans about our cashew milk frozen dessert pints which are appealing to folks far beyond those with custom diets. We are thrilled to be bringing dairy-free options to wider audiences across the country with a number of supportive retail partners.”

The So Delicious cashew milk ice cream comes in five flavors: cappuccino, salted caramel cluster, snickerdoodle, creamy cashew, and dark chocolate truffle. If you haven’t tried them yet, now’s your chance.
