Earth Balance “butter” is a staple in any vegan fridge, and now that the popular brand is being sold at Target, grocery shopping is about to get easier.
The company announced the product’s newest retail partner via Facebook. According to the announcement, Target will be stocking the brand’s Original Buttery Spread.
Hopefully, the stores will eventually pick up some of Earth Balance’s other vegan products. From mac and cheese to cheddar-flavor squares, Earth Balance is cornering the market on vegan convenience foods.
Clearly, Target’s grocery section is becoming a friendlier place for vegans to shop, what with the introduction of Just Mayo, Beyond Meat and other plant-based products. The chain even released its own line of meatless eats.
In other Earth Balance news, the brand also recently rolled out in Safeway stores. Safeways can be found from Alaska to Virginia, and the stores will be carrying 12 different Earth Balance products.
